How to enter long term transactions without 1099-B

In previous TurboTax years, it would just ask if you were given a 1099-B or not.   Now, it assumes you were and there is no way around it (gives you three icon choices, all of which requires a form).  I have to report a long term investment that went bust (i.e. long term capital losses), but there is no 1099-B.  So, how do I enter that now in the 2023 version of TurboTax??  It's like you can't do it unless you have a 1099-B.
