While e-filing my 2023 return I was asked to confirm my 2022 AGI because I supposedly hadn't done my taxes with TurboTax. After doing some digging on my account I saw that I was charged for the services but my transcript is not available. If TurboTax didn't file them how can I file them without having to pay for the services again?
