I was able to install 2023 turbotax advantage deluxe but won't launch after installation (no errors displayed during install). When I double-click the desktop icon, it shows a splash screen top left = TurboTax 2023; middle = Intuit turbotax (just below that) Success! Ready to start your taxes? and in the lower right corner a button that says "Launch TurboTax". I click the button and another screen appears that says "Intuit turbotax" with small print in the lower left that says "Please give us a moment as we get things ready...". That screen goes away and nothing else happens. I don't know if there is a log file I can look at or anything else. Any ideas? Thanks.
