EXACTLY!
As a consumer of the product, I should have to scour the internet to find out whats going on and subsequently find some obscure link that says "ohio not available until X date".
RIDICULOUS on its face! Because when I buy the state program online, I have to have a "intuit account" that has all of my product info that I have purchase as well as my contact info / email - which is how I sign .....
They can't notify by email or provide a pop up that "ohio state forms not ready until X?" Its 2024 and AI is about ready to take over the world and we can't do this? But those Intuit "advantage" emails always seem to make it to the old inbox.....
I checked with some real tax preparers in Ohio - they have been filing Ohio State business taxes well before 3/1...
On top of that, when I sit down to do my taxes... I want to do them. Stem to stern.... in their entirety. I don't find it acceptable to have to set them to the side until a week or 2 out.... Good thing I am not busy or anything with the limited 2 week period I am given to get it done.
Sorry, this is just WRONG on many levels.
