Cynthia - I notice you are an employee of TT. Perhaps you can peruse the chain of comments around this issue or pass it along to someone who should know. You folks created a big issue this year, but accepting people's money for state programs well before the programs were ready and then not really telling people that the state program wasn't ready, just leaving them in a lurch with the downloads such that they thought they had a software issue. This led to multiple calls to your help desk...who didn't know of the problem or how to solve it. You created a great deal of ill will with your customers...just to get the float on people's money. It was a bad decision on TT's part. Lots of very unhappy people.
