I am not sure if the PAID service is better when you pay extra for it.
But this was the most horrible service ever. The Person like myself is from another country " the speech"
accent is obvious. I have no issues there, love my international folks.
But the Customers service rep was actually clueless, they were doing the research on my screen
and wanted to go allover the site, dead sounds a lot. After 25 + minute of no help. I called it quits
LACK OF TRAINING OR EXPERIENCE -- I am paying so I expect more!!!!
POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. -F
