The self-employed health insurance deduction is not deducted as a business expense on Schedule C, even though TurboTax has you enter it when you are entering your business expenses. It is an adjustment to income on Schedule 1, line 17. It reduces your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) but it does not reduce your net self-employment income.
