I am currently outside the U.S. and cannot use my U.S. telephone number on file to verify that it is me. How can I override this. Have e- filed last 7 years.

Both federal and state returns are ready but system won't send without verifying/sending text to U.S. phone. Can't use this phone # where I am currently.
