My sad story is there are TT softwarebugs in BOTH the MA and NC part year TT programs. Per TT policy, I cannot get a refund for ONLINE TT UNLESS I proved the desktop program would not have solved the problem.
Seems like WAY too much effort to switch now to Desktop, especially since I don't want to pay $50 to efile sate returns. So essentially I'm stuck having paid $80 for two useless state returns. I ran the solftware using OLT.com and got correct returns for both MA and NC. So I guess I will efile the federal from TT and mail both state returns using alternate software.
I'm dissapointed with TT this year.
