Thanks Annette for your input in providing an resolution option to the reject code OH-PIT-068 issue. Last week (sorry for the late response) I was able to successfully file my School District return using your suggested action on block 16 of one of my 1099-Rs. However, on my other 1099-R they have 0.00 in block 14 (blocks 15 and 16 are blank) I entered the 0.00 into TT exactly the same way as the source 1099R and it didn't trigger a new reject. So I don't believe leaving the 0.00 in block 14 (15 & 16 blank) is a problem and contributing to the reject problem, at least not in my case.
