Log out of Turbo Tax (TT) and then log back in again (I am using the online version). After you log into TT again, click on "add another" (exact wording?) and TT will again prompt you for the login information for your brokerage. This time use your spouse's ID and PW. Background: my wife and I both have separate accounts and a joint account at Fidelity. When I import my account from Fidelity into TT it works fine. However, when I clicked on "add another" TT kept trying to re-import my forms. I finally logged out of TT and started the process again. Then, I entered her ID and PW to Fidelity and TT got her forms. Be careful, because on this second pull from Fidelity, TT again pulled our joint account. Because I had previously imported this account, I de-selected it for importing a second time. This seems like a fairly common situation that Intuit should have better covered in their software.
