When I then tried to file my Texas State taxes, it failed with this same ambiguous error message. So at least I got my Federal Taxes filed. Texas is not due until May 15, 2024. Hopefully it will be resolved by then.
The Texas state business forms are currently scheduled to become available for efiling on March 8, 2024. You can follow the availability of the Texas corporation forms at the link below.
