Hi, I have a question about Form 5695, Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit, Residential Energy Property Expenditures
According to the 5695 instruction, the limit is up to $600 credit for central air conditioners.
For joint occupancy case, if I paid 50% for the AC and my domestic partner paid the rest, can we each claim $600 for the credit?
