We started sending our 16 month old kid to a home based daycare in 2023 and we live in CA. For the first 3 months, we sent our kid for 3 days a week and for the next 8 months, we sent all 5 days a week. Both my spouse and I are employed full time. can we claim for dependent care credit? Are there any eligibility requirements that we should be aware about?
