Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Based strictly on what you're sharing, it appears you were on an Ohio interview page related to long-term care insurance.  The only way to get back to this screen is to delete your Ohio return, then re-input your information.  To do this in TurboTax Online: 

  1. Select Tax Home in the left pane
  2. On the  Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of the State Taxes box, then select Pick up where you left off
  3. If the  You've already got a head start on state taxes screen appears, select Let's get started.  Otherwise, in the left pane, select Prepare State
  4. Proceed through the screens until you come to the Status of your state returns screen
  5. Select the trashcan to the right of Ohio
  6. Select  Delete on the verification screen
  7. On the  Status of your state returns page, select + Add another State
  8. Select  Ohio, then Continue
  9. Work through the screens until you get to the Any Medical Expenses, Healthcare and Long-Term Care Insurance? Screen.      Select Yes
  10. Page through the screens until you get to the Premiums Paid for Long-Term Care Insurance? page.  Enter your amount, then select Continue
  11. Continue through the Ohio interview
  12. On the  Tell us more about your life with [your spouse] screen, select who the expenses belong to.  If you select Belongs to both of us, you'll have the opportunity to apportion as appropriate
