Make sure you are logged out of your fidelity account. Check the other tabs/windows, or just open another window and go to fidelity.com and make sure you are logged out. Then in TurboTax it will open login window to import your wife's account forms.
The bad news is not your browser is logged into your wife's account in that browser. So remember to log out of her account at fidelity.com when you are done importing.
