Just to clarify, the program is suggesting Married Filing Jointly, not Head of Household or Surviving Spouse/Qualifying Widow?
Can you go back to the "Personal Info" section and delete the spouse's information and then re-enter?
Are you in the same TurboTax account as last year when you filed Married Filing Separately?
