Keep getting this message when trying to download tax forms with TurboTax Premier 2023 from computershare.com.
One or more sign-on and/or transaction inputs are missing or invalid (Ref 003)
I can sign in without going thru turbo tax and download PDFs from Computershare but not directly from TurboTax Premier 2023. Is anyone else having this problem? I would think TurboTax would take all the tax forms and manually input the data into TurboTax and send us a file to import into the tax software.
