Thanks for your reply. I tried it again and was able to get my license code established and Premiere TurboTax downloaded (that I had already purchased retail). Why does the retail CD still have the setup.exe if you HAVE to download rather than load from the CD? In any case, I am now working on my taxes on my laptop, so I am ok and we can close this message string. Richard Helm
