Same! I got the same message I called TurboTax for assistance, and they had absolutely no answer as to why it wasn’t allowing me to submit my amended return even though I did everything correct, and they had absolutely no answer to give me which makes no sense at all how do you not know…Especially when the customer is paying as much money as we do for these services! Not to mention it was like pulling teeth just to get the little bit of help that I did get and the service never works when I try to connect with a live agent and let them share my screen then when I was trying to amend my taxes using TurboTax. It froze on me multiple times, making me start over…
