Can I efile only one state return along with the Federal even though TT is preparing two state returns for part year residence?

I need to file Federal, MA and NC returns. TT is generating an erroneous MA return due to a software bug.

Can efile just the federal and NC return? Would I have to delete the MA return first or am I given an option which returns to efile?

My plan is to generate the MA return by hand using the MA DOR forms and mailing it.
