I stayed in a hotel I AZ. My residence was Id. The state tax did change on the second one to Id, which changed the amount in box 15, 16, and box 12. The second W2 has only 'Id State Reference' copies and three copiesof 'Copy 2 to be filed with employee's State Income Tax.
