How do I file a complaint against Turbo Tax?

I received an email from Turbo Tax that said my refund was on its way and my refund was processed, how when I click the link to check the status of my refund, it directs me to the IRS website and the information provided there does not state that my refund has been approved.
I reached out to Turbo Tax on this same platform and was told that was just a marketing email that was sent based off the estimated window of 21 days for a refund to be issued.
I find this VERY misleading and false advertising. Even in the fine print of the email, no where does it state that this is based off the 21 day window of when I could receive my refund.
