My transmission will not go through

I am unable to transmit my 2023 return, to the Intuit Electronic Filing Center, from my Mac desktop, OS Monteray v:12.7.3. The message is that my transmission failed because the “Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available", and, "TurboTax is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return” It then suggests I try again, but that repeatedly fails. Also, if repeated attempts doesn’t work, it suggests print and file by mail. However, I do not wish to submit my return by postal mail.

 

I installed 2023 TurboTax Deluxe from a CD purchased thru Costco. Please advise me, at your earliest opportunity, when this software issue will be resolved so I may then submit my return. If a new installation is needed, please advise and provide explicit direction for re-installing TurboTax Deluxe from your provided download. Please note, I am a long time TurboTax user, and have never had any issues of this type and electronic filing has always been a breeze.
