I’m in the same boat. It’s been a 5 weeks since I filed and at least 3 since I requested they RESEND the verification letter. I called the IRS number this morning and after almost 40 minutes was told I couldn’t do anything with them over the phone until I got the letter and my only option was to continue waiting.
