FWIW
I deleted the Morgan Stanley imported data and manually entered the 1099-B info myself using the 1099-B form I printed from E*Trade...
The TT error check came back clean, with no "ADJUSTMENT AMOUNT" or CODE N errors.
Must be a TT issue.
Now I'm waiting for them to issue an updated fix for Schedule K-1.
