I also contacted TT about this (via Chennai by the sound of it). As annoying as this is I'd encourage anyone reading this to take a few minutes to report this issue. I was trying to find a way to message someone with links to these forum posts here, but couldn't find it.
The requisite contact information:
E*Trade -- 1800 387 2331
TurboTax -- Log in with your account [i.e,. the one you use to post here] --> Go to "Help" --> "TurboTax Help Center" --> click on "Contact Us" button below. You'll then get a proprietary phone number to call.
I admittedly did this at about a quarter to six mountain time so I might've lucked out, but both efforts really only took me <= 10 minutes total. I'm hoping if they get a dozen or more calls from everyone then someone will make this an urgent matter. I just don't want to assume that someone checks the forum posts here because I'm getting the feeling that's not happening and everyone is probably expecting "someone else" to just do it.
