I appreciate the detailed instructions but I avoided using the highlighted field since it explicitly calls out a different type of appliance ("Water boilers" vs "Furnace").
I was able to work around this by going to the form directly and entered my value in line 24a. This was a very circuitous route and not what I would expect from TurboTax.
