This looks like a mistake in how Turbotax phrases the question. This is for line 24a on form 5695, and the IRS label for that line is
"Enter the cost of natural gas, propane, or oil furnace or hot water boilers"
Turbotax has cut out "furnace" for some reason, but that is still the correct place to put the item on the form.
