This is unacceptable! I need to open and refer to my 2019 return, but TurboTax 2019 refuses to accept the activation code.
I have TurboTax Desktop 2019 carefully saved on the original CD, along with a backup copy of all my tax files. After re-installing 2019, the software refuses to activate. A refund does me no good — I need to SEE THE RETURN, using the SOFTWARE THAT I PAID FOR.
