To update a declined credit card, follow these steps to update your credit card info. Once it's updated, we'll retry your order for the current tax year.
- Sign in to your Intuit Account.
- Under Payment Info, select View.
- Select Edit and update your billing and shipping info.
- Select Save.
- Your info will be updated and your order will be processed.
