My 2023 W2 has 2 rows in box 12 listed as D; one is a simple D - with the amount I was expecting to report as my 401K contributions; the other says D22 - with a $66 amount. What does this mean? TurboTax Deluxe is prompting me to delete any duplicate row, so it won't allow me to list these two rows separately.
