Get your taxes done using TurboTax

You may want to start forwarding this up the chain to supervisors that if in fact the current "tentative" date of PA partnership software (and many others I presume) is 2/23 this is leaving the customers/users less than 3 weeks to work through their tax returns in order to get them submitted in time to meet regulations.  Additionally, I cannot confirm exactly when this product was first being sold (without stating it was a pre-sale I must add) but I do know I purchased the product that I was not informed was not actually available on Jan 23rd. Since then I have been told it would be available the following Friday now 5 times (so this is now the 4th consecutive weekly delay).  Selling a product that is in fact not available and then not providing it timely enough for the consumers to be able to avoid penalties from the government is in fact going to subject Intuit / TurboTax to a class action lawsuit.  Particularly highlighting Intuit's gross negligence in this is:  1) you are knowingly selling a product that is not available, 2) that you are not capable of delivering timely, 3) the delay is not a result of the form availability from the actual taxing authorities as Intuit has been claiming, and 4) lying to customers about when it will be available causing customers to believe it will be ready when stated and waiting to the point where it has now extensively made it impossible for consumers to timely pursue other alternatives at this late date without extremely high cost repercussions associated with expedited turnaround needs.  "Tentatively" is not an acceptable delivery date at this point in time.
