Is it my responsibility to report employer contributions to HSA not on W-2?

Box 12, code W, on my W-2 is only reflecting my contributions to the HSA via payroll and not my employer's contribution of $800. It confused me because I was notified of an excess contribution by Fidelity, who is aware of the full amount contributed for my HSA.

Am I supposed to have received an amended W-2 or report it under additional employer contributions not on W-2 through TurboTax?

Is there any benefit or disadvantage to doing so?
