okay yes the two W4 forms are identical and I did all of that. On the state tax page, I have a notification that says "fill out nonresident form first" which I did. It has South Carolina listed first as nonresident and then it has Georgia beneath it listed as resident. Do I need to do anything else? Are you saying I need to submit the SC one first? Then do I come back on my account and create another state tax for GA? I thought I could just do both and fill out the SC a nonresident first with Georgia return beneath it.
