I do not have a MAC computer, but I believe the process is very similar.
- Go into the FORMs Mode
- In the Banner above the red circle it will show
- . File Edit View Forms Tools Online Help .
- Select Forms
- There will be a drop down menu.
- Select Open Form
- A dop up will appear, and you can type a form number or form name.
