Are the two W2 forms identical? Did you indicate that you made money in another state (SC) besides your resident state? when you entered your Personal Information into the program? Did you complete your SC nonresident tax return before your Georgia resident tax return?
Typically, you'll file a non-resident state return for the state you worked in and pay that state's tax. You'll then get a credit for taxes paid on your resident state return.
