I have scheduled a one-on-one expert review multiple times now. Every time I get a call, the automated voice asks "press 1 to speak with an expert, press 3 if you no longer need assistance." When I press 1, nothing happens. she asks the same question again and I press 1 again. Finally, she says thank you and the phone hangs up. I'm not sure what to do. It's frustrating.
