Was hoping to see if you read my initial post about the form 5329 issue. I'm confident that the form 8999 fix is altering how form 5329 should be filled out regarding the excise take on HSA overcontributions. Its resulting in a significant amount of extra tax for me. Are you able to verify this issue and provide any updates?
