You can’t verify with the tool unless you receive the letter. I received the same message and after re-reading it states that you can’t verify with the tool unless you receive the letter. I am just as confused. Tried to verify myself over phone with irs but they said they won’t be able to see anything until atleast 21 days after I filed..
