Hey there everyone, my wife is a UK citizen who was rejected entry into the USA due to these unforeseen circumstances my child isn't with me in America. I was wondering if I can claim the child tax credit due to absence. I stayed with my child for 4 months after she was born and just recently went back to the States because I needed to for my job. My wife and child are completely dependent upon my income.
