I am trying to upload my Turbo Tax 2022 file to 2023. The requested file format must be a tax file format - not a pdf. I opened my Turbo Tax 2022 application. The only option for saving is as a pdf. I saved and tried to rename to the requested format. No luck. There is conflicting information:
1. Error message says the 2022 pdf file is too large but when I optimized with Wondershare software to 3.4 MB it is still too big. Never had this problem before.
2. Online info says that 1040-SR returns are not supported for transfer.
Please help me find a way to transfer my data to 2023. Entering manually would be extremely disappointing.
