I filed state and was rejected 2x for a Rejection 0542 Schedule M15 line 19A must equal line 18A divided by 365? and so on for 19B/18B, 19C, 18C, 19D, 18D.

This autofills so am unable to do any re-work on.  I also did not estimate my taxes, so not sure why I am getting a penalty for underestimating.
