When you go through the FILE section, there is a screen where you are asked if you want to 'Print or Save a Copy of Your Return' before Efiling.
Choose SAVE, and you will have a PDF copy on your computer. See if you are able to print that copy.
Though some people have problems printing, most do not. The individual configurations of personal computers and printers do not allow a custom fix for you from us. You can Contact TurboTax Support for individualized help if you're still not able to print.
