Oops It Looks Like We Hit A Snag

I'm not able to file because of this error...

I already try:
- use different devices,
- use different browsers,
- navigate incognito,
- clean cache and cookies,
- update the browsers,
- restart my computer,
- remove my firewall,
- chatted with 4 assistants,

- log out and log back,

- reload the page.

nothing worked...

Does anyone have a solution for this?
