This does not resolve the issue I am having. Attempting to transmit e-file returns generates the following error message: "FAILED_VALIDATION. There is an update available for your version of Turbo Tax. Before you can file electronically, you'll need to get this update. To do this, go to the Online menu and select Check for Updates."
I did that and a message text box displayed that my Turbo Tax is up to date. Still cannot e-file. Please advise.
