To enter the information from Form 1099-S in TurboTax Business (Partnership), go to Federal Taxes >> Income >> Dispose of Business Property >> Business Property/Assets. Enter the asset you sold (if new to your return) and the sales information from the 1099-S.
If you sold a Rental Property, go to Rental Real Estate instead. Report the sale of your Rental Property.
