As VanessA said, if your 21 year old daughter is not a student she does not qualify as a dependent, and you cannot claim her. You do not file her 1099-NEC on your tax return. Even if she did qualify as your dependent, you would not report her 1099-NEC on your tax return. As for the 1095-A, since she is not your dependent you do not file her 1095-A on your tax return.
