The IRS issued the final version of the 5695 form on December 7. The Turbotax "you can't file yet" message first said it would be available in TT on January 31. On January 29, that was changed to Feb. 7. On Feb. 7, that was changed to "soon." I've been "updating or logging back into your software" on a daily basis. Instead of treating me like a "turn the computer off and turn it back on" neophyte, why not say something factual and useful?
