Yes, it takes up to ten minutes at times. Be patient, refresh your email.
If you still don't get it after 10 minutes, make sure your email is correct in your TurboTax account.
To check it:
- Sign in to your Intuit account.
- Select Sign in & security.
- Select Email address.
- Check you email address. If it's wrong, update it, and select Save.
